Overlooking city centre apt

The apartment itself was perfect, spotless & exactly as described.

Was sent to the wrong address , no communication when I was trying to call , it’s very confusing trying to find the apartments I was was given the wrong number so I ended up walking into someone’s home …. So confused. The outside building is so run down & the lift does not work , all the people in the area are lovely and helped us much more than the owner. It’s a pity because the apartment itself was great but the stress of all this made it hard to appreciate the apartment.

Rude host when key got stuck in the door, dirty entrance, glass on front door broke, holes on the wall

It was too cold, 9 degree no heater in the room, showered with cold water and slept in a cold room, woke up sick, and with infection in my eye conjunctivitis I think, stay away got a cold I couldn’t speak properly, worst place in the world, you are better off sleeping outside, the owner of the property was very rude, she stopped responding to my text, or calls when I complained about the heating, and she said I should use ChatGPT to figure out how to use the heater the heater is a very old heater made in the 1900s and doesn’t work, she a very bad host

Clean, near town

Only 2 pillows. Stairwell entry smells horrendously of someone who hasn't been toilet trained.

Host cancelled last minute due to faulty water heater. Still waiting on refund

Its clean comfortable and was very warm

Can say anything wrong apart from needs blind in sitting room
