Overlooking city centre apt

The apartment had every thing we required for our stay it was a 5 min walk to the center of Waterford very enjoyable comfortable stay and wil definitely book again

Bathroom horrific smell. Couldn't use it. Dirty pots . Minimal lighting Decir mix of tatty and ok.

Centrally located, well furnished,

Complex is a bit run down

Nothing about this property I think it needed to be demolish and rebuilt it’s so o dirty as and has all kinds of characters living in the location the smell of drugs is another issue plus harden faces of people also the environment was dirty and unkept , I had a fall bev because there green patches on the stairs and when complained all I get was ( it’s a public place ) the floor on the indoor stair way has water coming from it
