"The host cancels your bookings at the last minute."

Nothing

The host cancelled my booking at the last minute without a apology or compensation. However, she kept opening the bookings for others. I tried to rebook the similar room, of course with higher rate, she accepted then rejected again since she recognized it was me with 2 bookings. To my view, this lady opened the bookings as many as possible, if it is weekends, she will drop you immediately to take a higher rate (last minute) guests. This is not a hotel but an apartment run illegally in Vietnam (Vietnam does not allow to have airbnb or similar short stays within residential apartment). Therefore, it is an obvious risk to book this: the booking cancellation can be happened anytime, due to other higher paid rate guest or sudden investigation by authority of it its illegal usage.
