Is not the hotel that you booking , is a condo or apartment, and a small company group manage the property, for rental. They hired their own cleaning crew,those people stole my kids personal item, and I contact the company told them, all they said I’m sorry. Room are smelly, mold is every corner

Near city center

I booked ocean view room. Although, assigned room was completely city view. Moreover, Outside noise into the room due to insufficient closing.

It must be a perfect 10! We arrived early at 1:30 AM, and a male staff member kindly helped us with the check-in. He even let us check in early without any conditions. We didn’t know much about the switch on the wall and accidentally turned on the “clean room” switch. When we came back, the room had been cleaned so thoroughly and neatly. We are very grateful for that. I don’t know why that hotel has so many bad reviews, but honestly, you get what you pay for so enjoyed it

The hair dryer is quite weak.
