We didn’t listen to the bad reviews and I’m glad we didn’t! It was a lovely place to stay - beds are extremely comfy. Yes, you might have to wait a little while to get a lift but what do you expect in a hotel with 34 floors. The staff are kind and do the best they can for you. The location is perfect - a few minutes to the beach and shops

Очень понравился вид с балкона, вид на море шикарный и на главную площадь. Большой номер, есть конечно косяки по мебели , всё таки климат Вьетнама. Кровать конечно класс , очень удобно спать и вид открывается красивый! Местоположение отличное 1 мин и ты у 3 моря

Главный минус это тараканы, от маленьких до огромных , затыкали все дыры в ванной чем пришлось. Напора горячей воды не хватало, но главное что она была. Влажность большая в номере сырость присутствует. Джакузи у них это ванна просто)

Was in a good location

Staff were rude, company made no effort to reply to a message via booking.com or WhatsApp app, room wasn’t ready on the time the rude member of staff said. Was told could leave our bags with staff but then the staff disappeared, went to the room wasn’t ready then told 20 mins after seeing the state of it was cleared. Room smelt of cigarettes.very big busy building. Not told until after have to pay 2000 per adult to use the pool up stairs.
