Location is great

Fake photos of the unit I booked! Check in time - I had to wait literally 30mins standing in a queue, the operator I booked the place with wouldn't pick up his phone The lift wait time - there're 10lifts and you have to wait till you get lucky cuz if you're in the lower floors, the lifts won't stop and just go down

המארח חצוף, לא נעים הליכות, חוצפן. החדר מלוכלך , לא מנקים כמו שצריך ג'וקים , אין אור במקלחת , ביקשנו לסדר ולא סידרו. שלט לטלויזיה לא עבד ביקשנו ולא סידרו. לא מחליפים מצעים רק מסדרים את המיטה. מגבות מסריחות מעובש.

Очень большой отель, 40 этажей, приходится ждать лифта довольно долго. Наш номер был на 38 этаже, в какой то день на крыше было мероприятие и диджей кричал как сумасшедший.

We stayed for 7 nights, great apartment with fantastic shower, with sea view but see my comment about negative things please before you book this place. The cleaners come every day between 9am-4pm, if you don't want clean make sure you put out the Do Not Disturb sign at night as they can come early. The building is Panorama Apartments (B) side and The Emphyrean Hotel (A) side, so if you book go to the Panorama Desk and nearby is the host.

We stayed for 7 nights, day we arrived the window was open and couldn't lock it shut. We told the host about it straight away, had to remind him 4 times that it still wasn't fixed, so we kept it tied shut (see photo) for our entire stay. It was still not fixed when we left. We also went to go for a swim at the free 6th floor pool, but it was cold and shuts at 5pm! The infinity pool also closes early and you pay 100 VND to use it.

The pool was another letdown. The clean pool had a separate fee, which was very inconvenient. The free one was dirty and poorly maintained. Not worth the price at all.

Very Disappointed — Poor Service and Management The staff gave us the wrong room, and the check-in process was chaotic with too many people and no proper system in place. The management was disorganized and the service overall was really poor. Would not recommend. We booked deluxe double bed with sea view but they gave us a city view! It was a late check in so they should have more time to prepare the room. Otherwise, they have given it to somebody! Stupid staff named Phuong!

Helping staff, good windows, perfect location.

Good location. Nice sized rooms had a great view. Rooftop pool was nice and not too busy. Rooms were clean and tidy.
