Elm Lodge

The lodge is in a beautiful, peaceful location. It is modern, comfortable and clean. Short drive to nearest supermarket, Aldi. The outside space is lovely and well maintained. There is even a barbecue.

The location was lovely and quiet. The rooms were lovely and the beds were very comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was great to have so much parking too.

We love everything of our stay. The staff are on hand to answer any questions and very responsive. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, it's clean and have all the essentials we need. They welcomed our 4 dogs and supplied waste bags!

Beautiful lodge, comfortable beds and lovely shower. Large garden and very quiet location.

Cleaning needs improvement. When we arrived we noticed the cups had tea stains on them, work surfaces did not look like they had been wiped and tin in the oven had not been washed by previous occupants. We ended up washing all utensils and cutlery to make sure everything was clean. When we came to use the BBQ it was really dirty took my husband half hour of scrubbing it clean before we could use it.

We loved the outside space, bench seat and bbq. The beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean and shower was great. Really appreciated having tea,coffee and sugar put out for us along with essentials like washing up liquid and sponge.

We dont own any pets so we really noticed the dog hair around the place. Blinds in the bedroom aren't blackout so as soon as the sun rises so do you if you dont take an eye mask!

Great location for our son's wedding at Grangfields barn. Good parking,everything you need was there.
