GBGBThe outside area looks amazing - it would have been lovely to take some nice photos outside, or have a bbq had the weather been nicer. The interior was nicely designed too, it just needed to be properly cleaned.
The place didn't appear to be properly cleaned before we got there. We found some lettuce down the sides of the sofa and an empty biscuit wrapper in one of the rooms. The toilet was not cleaned so we had to clean and disinfect it ourselves. Therefore as we did not feel comfortable with the cleanliness of the property, we left early.

HKOverall, our stay was quite pleasant. The location was excellent—peaceful and just as quiet as we had hoped. We also appreciated the privacy from the neighboring lodges. It would be helpful if a few more basic cooking utensils were provided, along with essentials like cooking oil as a standard seasoning. There were some minor cleaning issues, but the owner received our feedback positively and was very responsive. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would be glad to return in the future.
GBGBWe had an absolutely amazing stay. John is very helpful and will get back to you as soon as possible. The lodge is in a beautiful location, very clean and good facilities. We loved how the lodge was enclosed as we were able to let the dogs off. 10/10 stay.
We weren’t familiar with the area, and would have liked to have known some nice walks around the lodge itself - however this was not a problem for us as we drove to further destinations.

GBLodge could have been a little cleaner. In particular after stripping the beds on the morning of departure, we noticed the under sheets were dirty/covered in something, maybe hair/grass?
GBEverything was absolutely perfect! It’s was the perfect location and the cabin were extremely beautiful, clean and spacious. Every cabin had the BBQ facility. We had an epic stay and couldn’t have asked for more! Would recommend this property for couples, friends and family for a home away gateway!
