The Little Paddock

Lovely modern cottage with everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Very clean, a great kitchen, comfortable beds and good communication from our host. A lovely quiet spot but still reasonably close to the centre of Bath.

The recycling had not been emptied when we arrived and was already full to overflowing. Some added extras, such as tablets for the dishwasher, etc would make all the difference. The cottage is at the top of the long hill up from the main city centre and it really is a tough walk for anyone not in peak fitness. Parking in Bath is difficult so you really do need to either catch a bus or uber to the city. It is not a great distance though so it is easy enough to do.

Clean, tidy, spacious.Great for two couple or 2 single people.

We had booked for Mum, Aunt and 3 teenage girls. We were given 2 double beds and no linen for pullout couch in the lounge.Not enough beds even though we stated clearly at time of booking that it was an Aunt and her sister plus her 3 nieces that were staying.The accommodation should not have been accepted as it wasn't appropriate for what was required. Unfortunately, the 3 nieces had too much study to do so pulled out last minute so turned out to be a comfortable stay for thevtwo elder sisters..If they hadn't pulled out it would have been a very uncomfortable night.

The house was very clean and comfortable, and communication with the host was excellent. Lots of space for my partner and me. Good sized kitchen and two bathrooms was a luxury.

It would have been great to have had a few more basic kitchen supplies - oil to cook with, tea towels etc.

Lovely location and very quiet, which made for a really relaxing stay. The property was spotless, well maintained, and had great facilities with everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely book again in the future.

Nothing not to like… would recommend a few fans in the heat wave

Wonderful little place, clever use of space and super bright and airy feel. Clean and comfortable throughout and really helpful owners! Location is very convenient and a short taxi/drive into Bath center and would definitely stay again.
