No bin in the main room

The manager was friendly.

A man next door to me who was evidently a drug/alcohol user and was asked to leave. He later approached me for cigarettes.

Brilliant location for visiting Birmingham, but without being in the city centre, the evening meal and breakfast were fantastic for the price. Staff were lovely and very welcoming. Rooms were clean and decorated to a high standard, towels and toiletries were provided. In all a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again if visiting Birmingham

Only complaint is another guest tried to get in our room at 4am waking myself and my daughter up , but this is not the fault of the property or staff.

Close to where we were going for the evening. The bar area looked nice. Nice people. Comfy bed.

Very limited parking. Hard to spot for uber. Tv in room didn’t work. Used linen all over the communal carpets (if they are soiled, that is now on carpets). Unfinished walls. Window too far from bed to breathe.
