Requested to change the room but was unable to accommodate * no room cleaning available, our room was filled with trash and no one takes them * women Onsen has no sauna, this was not made clear * women onsen felt like in a dungeon * location is very far from train station * parking is offsite * not good for long stay, we stayed for 4 nights and it was terrible * no luggage storage

Amazing view and close to the shops

Location is walking distance to the shops and train station

The room was a very good size with a balcony. Good lighting and a comfortable bed. Simple kitchenette with coffee grinder and fridge was useful. It had an excellent shower and luxury toilet. We made good use of the onsen (and sauna in male side, my wife was a little disappointed the women’s onsen didn’t have a sauna but she loved it all the same. We felt refreshed afterwards The free bar was a very generous touch, with good gin and whisky. Location good for buses to the station and Jukkoku pass. Lovely to also enjoy the sun on the roof terrace with a beer. Very comfortable stay. Some cutlery in kitchenette would make have been useful.
