Rakuten STAY Atami

コーヒー豆で毎朝の引き立て珈琲が飲めた。夕刻の飲酒は楽しく戴いた。室内清掃が行き届いていた。

靴ベラが不備で、外で購入した。また食器洗浄剤が無く同様購入した。長期滞在者に対しては不親切な印象を持った。風呂上りの体重測定が出来なかった（体重計が無い）。

The check in process- Having to call a staff member to finish the check in and having no one answer as they were busy 8-10 times was not a good start

The room is stylish, spacious, and clean, love the in-room coffee bar/cabinet. View is terrific with beach view. There’s a free bar at the 1st floor providing drinks and snacks and even alcohol. Public onsen is pretty clean, and sufficient appliances.

Check-in process is not very intuitive, especially the register web interface, had to call the staff to support. Breakfast is sashimi donburi, very local food but weird to have it as breakfast.

今回が３回目の宿泊でしたが以前よりサービスが低下したように感じました。人的なサービスがないのは、従前通りで分かっていましたが、飲物等の提供は以前と比べて質が落ちたように感じました。
