This really is a beautiful house, everything had been thought of for a comfortable stay. Location in pretty Waddington village ideal with so many walks from the doorstep and fab choice of local pubs. We were impressed with the thoughtful little extras, the welcome pack a nice touch, even salt and pepper coffee etc. in the kitchen which you don't see often these days. Lots of logs and kindling included to make a lovely fire in one of the lounges. Super comfy sofas and bed. Big bath with candles (nice that you are treated like adults as many places don't allow use of candles!) Beautifully decorated. Perfect communication from the host. Couldn't fault the place, we have stayed in lots of holiday rentals in the area and this one hands down the best. Might be a bit more expensive than others in the area but you get what you pay for. Can't wait to come back next year and didn't want to leave! Thank you :)

Nothing to dislike!

Absolutely beautiful property, everything is done to a high spec. I took loo rolls, tea towels, bath towels, bubble bath etc. But everything was provided! Really lovely place to stay. Leah, the host is great too.

Cosy, modern, clean, quiet, all amenities required and working perfectly.

Beds a little too firm but that’s a personal preference.

I was expecting a very small cottage (cosy cottage) but was greeted with quite a spacious accommodation. It had been decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Everything you needed was in the kitchen, beds were every comfortable. Could quite easily have moved in.

Bathroom was very cold and the water in the shower did not get past only being warm.

Very well appointed house with everything you might need to hand.
