Immaculately clean, stunningly decorated…opulent, luxurious, classy…yet homely and cosy too. Loved the bathtub, and there’s plenty of hot water, the kitchen is well equipped and the reception rooms are comfortable. Nice selection of board games and books. Helpful guest information booklet too. Everything pretty much thought of! Would definitely recommend!

Nothing! From a personal point of view, blinds in the kitchen would be nice, as would a small dressing table in the bedroom. But that’s not a complaint…more an observation.

This is a fantastic cottage that we stayed in for our little weekend break. The cottage was clean and done up to a wonderfully high standard and we didn’t have any issues with anything at all. The village itself is cute and picturesque and we enjoyed a fantastic Sunday dinner at the Waddington Arms in which we were welcomed very nicely. Clitheroe os only five mins away so we got ourselves a takeaway which was delivered on the Saturday. We couldn’t be more impressed with where we have been. Highly recommended!

Super location in the pretty and interesting village of Waddington and within a short walk of the historic town of Clitheroe. The house was excellent: tastefully furnished; spacious and comfortable with everything you could wish for. Leah answered all questions promptly. We couldn't have asked for more!

This is one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in. Immaculate decor, fantastic house with fantastically accommodating hosts. Amazing!!
