Beautiful Property, the facilities available were very good, the location was also idea, Waddington is a very beautiful village with great pubs and lovely walks all around. The house was very comfortable and a home from home.

Parking was a bit tight, but we managed.

Gorgeous stay at the Cosy Village House. Fizz and chocolate orange on arrival with some milk for a brew. Love how extra bits are there like jam, sauce, washing up stuff, shower gel. Location is perfect. We had a wedding at the Outbarn and was a 5 min drive! Thank you Leah! Superb 👌🏻

The house was a perfect place to stay. Hosts left small gifts for us on arrival which was a really lovely welcome treat. We travelled to Waddington as a group of 4 for a wedding and the rooms and living spaces were all incredibly clean and more than big enough. Would highly recommend staying here.
