Poor reception, poor front office manager. The hotel disregarded my confirmed reservation and did not offer alternatives. It's the worst hotel ever. The receptionist put a porter to receive and deal with my situation while the receptionist and manager were in the manager's office discussing issues unrelated to my situation. My situation: I have a confirmed reservation, but all rooms are fully occupied.

I was quite disappointed with my stay. The room cleanliness was below standard, and the restaurant area was poorly maintained, with wet floors and disorganized tables, even during lunchtime. It also took them two hours to prepare my room, which added to the frustration. The breakfast selection was very limited, with few options, and the food was served cold. Overall, it was a bad experience. The hotel was overbooked despite continuing to accept online bookings, which led to one of our colleagues having to stay at a different hotel – a highly unprofessional situation. In summary, the poor room cleanliness, disorganized restaurant, and cold, limited breakfast options made the stay quite disappointing."

The staff was very cooperative and cleanliness was good

There is a church near by. Their voices usually very high and you cannot ignore. That's the only thing I didn't like

The hotel looked nice from the outside

The bathroom was dirty, the room smelt stuff, the road leading to the hotel was in very bad state
