VEGAS LUXURY HOTEL

The place is brand new and very clean, very close to a big shopping mall with pretty much everything you need, coffee shop, restaurants, supermarkets and ATMs

Noisy, bed is super hard and WIFI barely worked in my room because it was at the end of a corridor and the router was too far away for me to get good network in my room. I had to step out of my bedroom and stand in the common areas of the floor I was at to make my calls. But no WIFI connection in my room.

Cleaning.

On one day there was from around 15:00 in the afternoon and the whole night SALTWATER INSTEAD OF SWEETWATER IN THE PIPE. HOW SHOULD I WASH, BRUSH MY TEETH, SHOWER ETC. WITH SALTWATER??? IMPOSSIBLE..!! The management told me it's not their fault cause the water delivery company didn't bring the sweet water. What (!!!!!?????) Terrible experience..!! Breakfast was quite good but insufficient for all guests. Milk was always lacking.

Excellent property, friendly staffs , excellent security guards . Property is always kept clean . Modern spacious rooms , beautiful arts .

Need work on TV channels , should have a good DSTV with movies , sports and news channels

Staffs are friendly and welcoming., conducive environment and the place is so clean more so the rooms.

Cleaning was good. Close to Mlimani Shopping.

The windows are very thin so you could here a lot of noise from outside. (Construction Noise, etc.) Especially is there regularly live music, from a church or anything similar, very close to the hotel early morning, which makes sleeping in the morning sometimes impossible. Cold shower in the room! I always got told from the management, receptionists etc, that they fix the cold water issues, today and today and today , but it never worked..!! That was disappointing..!

It was adequate for our purposes, if a little loud on the ground floor.
