The rooms were comfortable enough, the receptionists and attendants were hospitable too

The noise outside was irritating and cigarette smoking from within the hotel premises

The breakfast was good; there were a variety of food to choose from. The hotel is also near the main road and someone can easily access different types of road transport.

Benson, a staff member, was rude to me simply because we are from different ethic groups. He has very poor customer relations. If the hotel is to retain him, he should not be allowed anywhere near the guests. I was very annoyed with him. He is arrogant and full of prejudice.

The hotel is super clean and beds are so comfortable the showers were great and the setting of the room was really satisfying

I will say a few unpleasant things that was just bad 1.The stuff, we arrived and the receptionist said our booking wasn’t there then the manager came and said the booking is there, (the English language barrier both at the reception and in the restaurant) 2.the place is super loud, i think they are close to church and the church is really loud and it was on a Wednesday 3.the stuff kept talking in the hallway and some customers almost all night! 4.last the english in the restaurant was an issue
