Breakfast was okay, room size also not bad

There is No lift and i was on the third floor, no hot water in the bathroom - i had to take cold shower, also no pressure on the side of hot water in the bathroom, one towel was dirty / used already and the other one torn, i had to request for another one, basically i wasn’t happy with the design of the bathroom - soap dispensers were in place but all were empty, and the fact that there was no hot water

The water system doesn't work, yet. I had all week cold water only. On two days, I even had in the afternoon for some time absolutely no water. I had to change room, because after a heavy rain there came water out of the power box. The breakfast room is very hot, cause they don't use AC, even though there are two units installed. Me and some other people I know regularly sweated at the breakfast. Furthermore there is construction noise outside of the hotel. The windows are very thin, so that you can hear everything very loud from outside.
