New building and location near to Mlimani city mall

The price and rooms shown on booking.com are totally different from what is offered to the customers at the said hotel. They will make sure that they frustrate you, increase the room charges and claim that they can’t give you the room that you booked on booking.com. That the prices on booking.com are too low for their property and then one wonders why they still keep advertising their hotel with booking.com. Very unprofessional and unethical, book at your own risk!! They are too good for the local market and not that welcome for foreigners.

I made a last minute booking. I arrived to the hotel they said me I need to wait. About 1 hour later they said me they do not have room for that price what I booked on booking.com. They asked me to go out and find another hotel. I refused it, it was night, I was in a foreign country alone. I started to cry. Then maybe I was pityed and finally they gave me a room. It was really bad and scary situation for me and I didn't get any clear explanation why is this happened.

It was clean And very close to the mall

They made us wait for two hours as they tried to confirm our booking. They actually refused and told us to pay for the $50 rooms first before accepting that we had a booking. The staff members were borderline rude and u friendly The WiFi password had to be asked for There was no hot water to shower The road there is terrible and flooded in with the rain

Perfectly located for work, busy location with plenty of local restaurants & bars to spend the evening. Shopping Mall within walking distance - but would be a bit out of the way for anyone visiting Dar es Salaam for leisure purposes. New hotel, clean & safe. Good wi-fi connection, comfy beds & friendly staff.

It’s a busy neighbourhood and the noise filters into the rooms 24/7. Not really a place for relaxing on an evening - all guests go out elsewhere. Could do with a T.V around the outside bar area & possibly a little music,
