Windows all bolted down and no air in room
ZAI liked that it was central but didn't take into account how noisy the street was even up until 3am on some nights. It was small but neat.
The aircon didn't work (vent clogged with dust) and the little fan provided also didn't work (also clogged with dust). As this was in the middle of a heatwave, it made the apartment unbearably hot. Also wasn't aware that there were steep stairs and, whilst I appreciated being on the first floor, I have two bad knees which made it a struggle.

Notre logement au rdc donnait sur un parking donc impossible de laisser la fenêtre ouverte J'ai eu un souci quelques jours avant d'arriver : ma réservation a été annulée car apparemment booking avait fait une erreur sur les dates j'ai donc eu à en réserver un autre. Au moment d'arriver on nous attribue une chambre déjà occupée avec des affaires dedans je contacte donc la personne qui s'excuse et m'en attribue une autre. Cinq minutes après on nous demande de rechanger de chambre car celle ci est finalement occupée le lendemain.. l'organisation est à revoir ++ le personnel ne semble pas très compétent à ce niveau, de plus j'ai demandé un ventilateur trois fois la personne m'a dit qu'elle se renseignait mais je n'ai jamais eu de retour...
GBGBGBMy booking was cancelled just three hours before check-in due to their overbooking mistake. They made no real effort to find suitable alternative accommodation, leaving me stranded and completely ruining my bank holiday weekend. After hours of stress and disappointment, I had no option but to return home. Extremely unprofessional service — I would strongly not recommend staying here.

Entrance, hall and landing was in my opinion tired & dirty. Room was very basic & tied. Walls are very thin.
