Strategic location nearby to JR station, major shopping malls, good restaurants and easily accessible to underground street towards subway and other buildings along Odori Park. Staffs are excellently trained and polite to offer assistance. They go extra mile to help me booking car to travel outskirts. Kudos.

Of course constraint by limitations such as no facilities room, swimming pool or Onsen etc. But these are not essentials for me.

Very nice modern hotel with friendly & responsive staff. Walking distance to JR station and there are a variety of shops 7 11 and restaurants nearby. Close to main attractions. Loved the free coffee at the lobby. Good size room & bathroom. Good WiFi and fridge & kettle in the room.

If you rely mainly on JR trains for traveling around Hokkaido, this hotel is an excellent choice. It is especially convenient for travelers arriving from the airport or planning trips to Otaru, Hakodate, Noboribetsu, and other destinations via JR. One of the biggest advantages is its location right next to the station, which means you don't have to drag your luggage for long distances. This makes a huge difference, especially when traveling with large suitcases or during winter. After checking in, getting around the city is also very easy. The subway station is nearby, and many attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas are within walking distance. We found ourselves using the subway and walking most of the time without needing taxis. Overall, this hotel offers an excellent balance of convenience, accessibility, and comfort, making it a great base for exploring Sapporo and other parts of Hokkaido.

地點超棒，離札幌車站很近，週邊也有很多便利商店、咖啡廳和餐廳。慢慢散步到狸小路商店街差不多十五到二十分鐘腳程。床與枕頭軟硬適中，能舒服地一覺到天亮。

沒什麼不滿意的，都很好。

札幌駅からのアクセスがよく、大通り公園も近いのが便利でした。バスルームが奥にある少し珍しい間取りで広々していてよかったです。クローゼットも大きくて良かったです。清潔感、高級感があっておしゃれな部屋でした。
