位置離札幌站非常近，走路約 5-6 分鐘就可以到，附近還有很多百貨商場和地下街商店，買東西逛街很方便。

整潔度有待加強，床墊上有不知道血漬還是蕃茄漬的印子從很薄的床單透出來，非常噁心（我們住 1001號房），另外浴室透明門和水龍頭上也有水漬，跟其他同等級的飯店比起來，整潔度有很明顯的落差。

朝食が非常に良かったです。種類がとにかく多く、贅沢な気分になりました。味もとてもおいしかったです。朝食会場のスペースの使い方も適度にゆったりして居心地よかったです。

出張で利用したのですが、部屋には仕事をするためのテーブルと椅子がなかったので、ベッドに腰掛けて仕事をする形になりました。部屋での作業が多い方にはキツイかもしれません。

○ 札幌駅から近い ○ ロビーが広々としている ○ お風呂・トイレ・洗面台が別々 ○ バスルーム・バスタブ共広々としていてリラックスできた ○ フットマッサージ機があった（足の疲れが楽になった） ○ 折りたたみ式の大きな鏡があった ○ テレビでYouTubeやTVer等が視聴できる

○ バゲージラックがなかったのでスーツケースを床に直置きしなければならなかった ○ カウンター式デスクの上部付近にライトがなかったので暗かった（朝は窓からの採光で大丈夫）
