Great location, beautiful hotel and amazing staff! Loved the in-room onsen, spacious room and the hotel facilities. Spotless clean and well maintained. Dinner and breakfast exceeded our expectations, many choices, delicious food with great presentation and well prepared - excellent! Highly recommended and would definitely love to stay again.

Great location, beautiful hotel and amazing staff! Loved the in-room onsen, spacious room and the hotel facilities. Spotless clean and well maintained. Dinner and breakfast exceeded our expectations, many choices, delicious food with great presentation and well prepared - excellent! Highly recommended and would definitely love to stay again.

The private outdoor onsen is exceptional. The japanese dinner is quite nice.

A lot of staff doesnt speak english, which i think is quite unfortunate for such a high end ryokan. The french dinner that I have on my first night was not bery nice, especially the entree - flounder and tuna with cabbage tasted very fishu, and why is there raw fish in a french diet?

"沒住過這種又貴、服務差、餐點差、房間蟲多的飯店，退房時還要額外追加20萬日幣，明明訂三個房間，官網上顯示一個房間可住四個大人，三間最多可住12個大人，退房時硬要說小孩不等同大人，每位小孩要再追加費用"

沒有喜歡的地方

亂追加費用、房間蟲很多、餐點難吃、服務台找不到人、清潔人員強硬要打掃房間、露天風呂蟲太多根本不能泡澡、備品品質差、吹風機太爛、沒有洗衣服務、飯店的洗衣機太少，要等很久、服務人員態度很差，特別是清潔人員、一樓常看見大昆蟲，環境不乾淨等等
