Reef Hotel Mombasa

The staff were nice and welcoming. Pool, front office were great.

The rooms are so old. The bathrooms were dirty and the showers horrible. The bathroom door is a wooden heavy and noisy panel. It was so bad.

The service was really lovely. I was very stressed when I came and they were so kind and understanding towards me. I would go back for the service not the rooms.

For a 100$ the room was not worth is in my opinion. I have had way better rooms for much cheaper.

There was no fridge in the room No kettles to make tea TV remote was not working

The valentines dinner was nice, as the stay was half board.

The rooms and the hotel were very outdated and not so clean. I had some sand in my room from when I arrived until i left. The bathroom amenities were very old and dirty. The beach was not so nice , as was not the neighbourhood.
