La déco un peu vétuste.

Spacious accommodation like a one-room apartment. 15-20 minutes walk to the railway

No kettle. Very small shower stall, mold on the tiles in the shower. Hard bed with oilcloth. Weak air conditioner, small, not in the room, but in the kitchen/hallway. Noisy neighbors outside the window, who live right behind the fence on the property. I couldn't open the door at 22:30 PM, the lock was jammed. The owner didn't answer calls, but a few days before check-in he wrote messages asking about the check-in time and asked to provide documents. I still don't understand why they need a check-in time if they say from 15:00 PM. Their check-in is quite late, from 15:00 PM. There was not enough warm water in the shower in the boiler for bathing; cold water started flowing quite quickly.

Very comfortable and spacious, clean, good location (less than 20 min from the station and at 12 min from a very big supermarket and less than 5 min to a very good local brewery), nice area, good views from the terrace, the place has everything we needed. And the shower is very strong and nice, really good after a long day walking.

Some noise from the neighbours, but it was not for long and it was very quiet at night.

It has a really nice terrace located in a residential area in the outskirts of the city full of nature and a great view. Even though it’s not the most modern place I’ve stayed it had a nice charm and I could feel like a local. The host left some coffee which was a great help on the mornings as the property is quite far from the closest cafe.

The bed was really uncomfortable I could feel springs stabbing me. The sheets were really rough too. The train passes by so you have to keep the doors and windows closed at night if you’re a light sleeper. The neighbor is really loud at night with the tv. For these last two issues some ear plugs solved the problem.

Very clean and cozy. Also free coffee :)

Everything was perfect, lovely room, great facilities, clean as well as easy and straightforward to find/access the room

This is a very very very minor problem (might just be a me thing). The only slight problem was the key to the room door which was a different type of key that I'm used to. So it took me about 2 minutes to figure out how it worked but after that I could comfortably get in the room every other time.
