Location 50/50, no noise, safe, very nice host.

Street parking, no simple seasons for food, and the bed frame.

Clean, comfortable, kind host, short walk to train for Cinque terre, and to center, parking provided, cute terrase, in appartment you have everything you need

It's too loud in the morning, from the street, but not a big deal

- insanely good pricing and super fair value for price - nice owner, we could check in 1hr before official start - location is within 15 mins walk to station/city center - 5 mins to next supermarket - super life terrace

- as other reviewers also reported, walls are super thin and the neighbor is quite active at night. Oropax fixed the situation for us, but still not great

PROS: - clear, safe and objective information to access the the local - quick responses - good space - good quality of items such as toilet paper, cleaning suplies. - kitchen equipments.

CONS; Basically, there are three very serious problems that would prevent me from staying there again, despite seeing good points in the unit, as already reported. - the bathroom is really tiny, but is not the biggest problem. The biggest one is the shower which is a torture. It is impossible to regulate the water temperature. Without touching the tap, it goes from a super hot temperature to freezing cold. It needs to be resolved urgently, as it is an essential item for good hosting. - the second problem is more complicated. From what I understand, there are two units available. We stayed in unit 5. In unit 4 there is a resident. The acoustics between the units are terrible. On the first night at 0:30 am he was talking on the phone and it was very difficult to sleep. On the 2nd night, he started a conversation at 4:30am. Yes, 4h30am! Probably with someone in another country, with a different time zone. Naturally we woke up, tense. And we only went back to sleep a lot of time later. It caused a significant feeling of insecurity. The 3rd night we faced similar sittuation. - The third problem is the most serious. The owner only displays photos of one unit, which is not unit 5, where we stayed. The photos on Booking show a much better unit, which even has a washing machine. It is not correct. We felt deceived. - He must show photos of each apartment and rent them separately in the name of transparency.

Very nice apartment. It was very clean and cosy. It has separate bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The host gave us a wine. There was also free coffe :) They have a washing machine. The terrace is big. Private parking available.

The location or more surrounding is not very beautiful.

Old, dirty, and scary building. The house was a little better, although old and weird. The owner doesn't speak English. No blankets at night and noise on the street all night long.

The AC wasn’t working- they had temporary machine but wasn’t really cooling.
