Great location - sitting on deck watching the river at high tide or bird spotting at low tide was delightful. Easy walk into town and really good to have own parking space. Immensely helpful host, and welcome pack of milk, bread, butter, etc a lovely touch. Proper big fluffy Bath towels.

Quiet location, good views and felt comfortable and at home there.

It was well stocked and had most things you would need but did not have a microwave.

A super clean, bright and modern apartment with a great view of the river and local birdlife. Short walk to centre of Rye. Great shower room with drench shower. Well equipped kitchen with welcome provisions. Lovely comfy bed. Would definitely recommend 👌

Super location for visiting the local nature reserve and then watching the wildlife from the comfort of the sofa on return. Great host and lovely welcome pack.

Wi-Fi wasn’t working properly during our stay although host was trying to get it sorted.

excellent location. 5 mins walk town. Private parking space added bonus as parking really difficult in town. No noise at all Comfy bed nice bathroom. Perfect for 2 people. Laura, is an excellent host. Nothing is to much trouble. Would definitely recommend

Peaceful location, comfy bed with nice linen and an amazing shower. Decor really nice and thoughtful welcome pack left for us. The host is attentive and checked up by message to make sure we had what we needed.

Beautiful location, friendly hosts who keep in touch if you need them at any point during your stay. The house is decorated and designed beautiful, the shower was lovely and it is equipped with necessary facilities like hair dryers, oils, spices and extra kitchen equipment. Shower is also very lovely, and we received complimentary gifts of cookies and a bottle of bubbly on our arrival which was a lovely touch.

I felt the housekeeper could have done a more thorough job of cleaning the house, we arrived with the bins not being emptied - however I feel this is not a reflection on the hosts as when we mentioned this they arranged the house keeper come round straight away and dealt with the situation tremendously. mistakes can be made and it matters most how they are dealt with, so it didn’t take away from how lovely the stay was.
