Location, clean, comfy. Good decor. Welcome pack of food and drink was very good. Problem with the wifi was sorted with minimal impact on ourselves which was great.

Being picky - a shelf/caddy in the shower would be good. Also, some more info on arrival - google directed us to Shipyard Lane, but it doesn’t look like you can drive down there. We drove in through the sort of industrial estate, which was better for the car, but weren’t sure where we were going. Having some description in the arrival Info would be good.

The Boathouse was immaculately clean , very comfortable and quiet and peaceful location to stay by the river Rother. The toiletries and food provided were of the highest quality and a lot of thought provided . The shower in particular was fantastic . The boathouse is a five minute walk from the beautiful centre of Rye with plenty of cafes and restaurants.

We loved our stay here it was absolutely perfect but sadly we had no internet for the two days of our stay . It was not a problem but due to this the tv would not work at all . This could cause an issue for anybody that may need to be able to work whilst away . The problem was not resolved during our stay even though the host was aware .

The property was clean, cosy and comfortable, in a lovely peaceful position, overlooking the estuary. The welcome pack was very much appreciated.

Nothing to dislike. Everything seems to have been considered.
