Location was excellent, spotlessly clean and total privacy

Would have preferred live tv rather than catch up channels

The location was why we booked this particular place. The bed was very comfortable.

The kitchen was quite well laid out. However just because the owner doesn't agree with microwaves doesn't mean the renters should go without. We found it very inconvenient not to have a microwave. We will not stay in number 9 again.

Self catering one bed apartment in a fantastic quiet location near the river but 5 minutes walk into town a welcome basket was provided and the shower and bed were superb.With the windows closed at night you could here nothing and sitting next to the river with the door open or on the balcony was amazing.

The fact that we had 4+ workmen with power tools from 8am until 4 pm. every day. Drilling, sawing, sanding, hammering etc . covering us in sawdust, totally spoiled the holiday.

Fairly quiet location with open outlook over river to fields beyond. Easy walk into Rye. Furnishings were clean and comfortable. Good communication from owner, so overall very satisfied.

Bathroom door didn’t close properly, towel rail loose and would have liked some egg cups!

Excellent location. Convenient to the town. Enjoyed the bird life.

Needed a microwave. Some fittings need to be improved e.g. door handles. Also bedroom furniture needs an upgrade.

Excellent location stunning views, clean and so comfortable. Everything you could want for a weekend break. Great location a 5 minute walk into Rye. Parking was easy and so close the apartment. Key in lock box was ready for us for our check-in time. Can thoroughly recommend this place and we cannot wait to re-book for another stay.

Location was excellent, this is our second time staying in the BOATHOUSE apartments.

Found the apartment slightly dated and to much furniture in there.
