Nine The Boathouse

Beautiful, peaceful location. Spent hours watching the birds and enjoying the quiet. Great location, short walk into Rye. Lovely shower and very comfortable bed and pillows. The host had kindly left milk, butter and wine for us which was a lovely gesture.

Access was via a unadopted road which was in poor condition Furniture in the bedroom needed updating The shower would benefit from a non slip mat We would would have welcomed a user manual for the cooker and TV The kitchen would have benefitted from a few more pans

Nine The Boathouse is a wonderful apartment in a great location. It is within easy reach of the town and it is great to be overlooking the river. Everything in the apartment was clean, high quality, and comfortable, especially the bed! We enjoyed our stay immensely.

We missed the icebox in the fridge for the gin and tonics and although not a problem the loo seat needed repair.

Nine the Boathouse is superb, enjoyed a lovely few days staying at this property. It is so beautifully done, exceptional style, really wonderful place to stay, excellent size too. Excellent communication from Laura, with some super recommendations on the area. The view onto the river is great, loved sitting out on the veranda and watching boats pass in the morning sunshine but equally from the living room (perfect for all weathers.) The bed is massive, and very comfy, great walk in shower. Loved the welcome items of bread and milk, incredibly clean, and the boathouse it has everything you need. Parking is an added bonus. It takes 10 mins to walk into Rye, so easy - lovely place to explore. Nine the boathouse is an exceptional place to stay - I would not hesitate to stay again.

Lovely location and a great apartment. Comfortable and clean. Welcomed with milk, bread, biscuits - and a bottle of bubbly😊

Excellent location, quiet and a short walk to town.

Access road is rough and pot holed.

Comfortable apartment, nicely decorated and well stocked. Very generous welcome hamper of items.

A bit further from the town than we thought, in the summer would be fine but in the driving rain more of an issue.
