"Lovely quiet place we will go back if visiting Rye again."

Lovely clean place very comfortable just right size for 2. Extremely relaxing wish we had more time to enjoy watching the birds just by the balcony in river bed. Never had such a quiet place especially in evening and night . All the utensils you need to cook a meal and a dishwasher to clean them. If you’re going into Rye night time take a torch to come back.

Coming home wish we had more time to stay.

Fabulous shower room, quality towels and bedding, easy walk into Rye. Laura left basic provisions and wine which was much appreciated.,

The setting was somewhat disappointing, overlooking a tidal river which was generally a mud bank. Attention to detail in fitting out the property was generally a bit lacking. The property had not been cleaned properly, lots of dust behind the bedroom door and under the sofa, dirty water under the veg box in the fridge.

"Very nice apartment with parking in Rye"

Good accommodation for a couple. Car parking space (important if you are staying in Rye) Very comfortable apartment. Very clean. Great shower. Well equipped kitchen if you want to make simple meals. Less than a 10 minute walk into the centre of Rye so you can enjoy a drink at the pubs and restaurants without worrying about driving home.

Nothing to dislike, the property was well described in the information.

"Peaceful and relaxing"

Location and cleanliness and peace

No microwave and no freezer compartment I. Fridge. No shower caddy for putting shower gel and shampoo in and only one bedside cabinet.

"Relaxing stay in lovely setting on town outskirts"

A lovely small apartment which is located a few minutes walk from the town centre. Super comfortable bed, amazing shower, and all other facilities and provisions were spot on.
