Nine The Boathouse

Lovely view, quiet, and an excellent location with its own parking space. It's a good sized, comfortable apartment for 2 people for a short break. An easy walk into the centre of Rye

The view of the tidal river was a joy!! Infinitely relaxing!! Excellent hot water supply and a good shower.

The apartment was VERY HOT…and although we tried everything, we could only cool it down by opening the front door and bedroom windows to create a “through draft”.

It was a very dark road to reach the property in January Unlit road and unmade in places

Good location, clean, comfortable. Bottle of wine & crisps on arrival a nice touch. Having a designated parking space was a bonus.

Couple of minor things in bathroom need attention. Instructions on using the induction hob would have been handy, as would cloths for cleaning kitchen surfaces etc. Just small things - we loved the accommodation & location and had a great few days in Rye 😊

The apartment is in a great location being a short walk from the centre of Rye with its own private parking, definitely a bonus. Great views across the River Brede. It is small but with all you need for a short stay. Recommend visit to Fish market on Rock Channel, bacon & scallop bap for breakfast with coffee, delicious. They are opening a restaurant there in a couple of months, worth a revisit. Unfortunately it rained or drizzled the whole 3 days we stayed but think the little deck outside would be a great place to sit in better weather.

We found the sofa in the living area very uncomfortable hence would only recommend property for a short stay. Kitchen is well equipped for basic meals, but with so many great places to eat out in Rye, why cook!

Great location by the river and boatyards etc. with only a 5 minute walk to the centre of Rye. The apartment was clean, comfortable and warm, with everything we needed for our stay. Lovely outlook, great kitchen, comfy sofa and bed and a nice rainfall shower in the bathroom. Also, Laura was very helpful with suggestions about what to see in the area and with checking in instructions etc. Would definitely recommend Nine The Boathouse to friends and family.

Super, comfy and well equipped property with parking. Ideally situated for access to Rye and to discover the surrounding areas

A very comfortable and clean apartment in a great location within easy walking distance of the citadel. Well equipped and fabulous views, the Kings size bed was a boon and a parking space….a bonus for Rye. Great communication from our host Laura.
