Nine The Boathouse

Clean and well-furnished. The recommendations for walks and pubs were useful - we had a great time walking to Winchelsea and Camber Sands. The winery is incredibly close and well worth a visit

Very relaxing. Good view. Really comfortable bed. Great shower. Good position.

I didn’t like the mix of old furniture in the bedroom. Felt a bit claustrophobic. But that’s my problem.

Modern compact living space. Well stocked kitchen.Good to have parking space. Quiet location.

Poor storage - vintage bedroom small wardrobe and dressing table not suitable for all our stuff - only 3 coat hangers. We probably wouldn't have booked if we had seen photo of this furniture. We had to move hoover and household items from wardrobe and nowhere to store our bags. A pair of proper scissors in kitchen would be useful. Location is 12 min walk from Rye centre but walking back in dark was not ideal.

Location superb Host with 100% communications also superb . The Apartment ticked all the boxes - a lovely stay, peaceful, plenty of birds in n around the river immediately opposite …. Yet the Town with all its amenities is just a short (5-10 min) walk away . Would well recommend 👍🏻

Cute well located bright and modern. Quiet area but only a short walk into town, big comfortable bed with decent bed linen . A well stocked kitchen and a great shower . A small outside terrace to sit in the sunshine and an added bonus of free parking . Good communication from the owner . We would stay here again

Nine the boathouse is in such a beautiful location. It was lovely sitting on the balcony and looking at the river. You feel like you are miles away from everything, but you are only a short walk from the centre of town. Communication was very quick and clear, and we were given lots of good recommendations.

The property is very compact, but has everything you need and is tastefully decorated and comfortable.

A very quiet riverside location but only a short walk to the shops, cafes and restaurants in the centre of Rye. The apartment was very clean and tastefully furnished with a well-equipped kitchen for cooking. The host provided high quality toiletries and a bottle of Prosecco which we appreciated.
