"Good home feel to it but quite basic and defo more value for money elsewhere"

The bed was super comfy and staff were friendly

Staff did not respond to my call at the bar area despite being there for 20 minutes Our room also had a cobweb inside

The Food was excellent throughout our stay. The Hotel is ideal as it is quite small and run by the Owners who are very "Hands On".

The hotel was,lovely warm and comfortable. Rooms were very nice. Being a dog and kiddies free hotel was a bonus so was lovely and quiet, really relaxing to just chill out.

We wasn't to keen on the food, the breakfast was okay, but the evening meal wasn't really very nice ,we didn't have dinner on the second night, we thought it was expensive not value for money, probably because of the food that's what we were paying for so had to spend again out. Maybe that's because the fine dining is not for us ,and we wasn't aware that what was we were having.
