The Grasmere Hotel

The owner was absolutely wonderful. I was the only one staying for two nights and nothing was too much trouble to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfasts were great, the staff very friendly. It is a beautiful old building, set in a lovely little town. Thank you very much for an unforgettable time. David

Lovely room decor and view. Pretty location.

Spotlessly clean, beautiful room and really nice friendly staff.

Nothing to dislike, we were upgraded to a superior room, which was beautiful, unfortunately it meant climbing another flight of stairs for my wife which she struggled with slightly.

The breakfast was lovely ..

I think there might have been a little more choice for fish on the main course and maybe another steak choice other than just Sirloin ..
