大自然の中で　ゆったり過ごす事が出来ました！スタッフの対応は常に笑顔で良かった(^o^)

ベッドのスポット照明が　妙に出っ張り　ぶつかりはしなかったが　何故？出っ張りなのか不思議でした

Beautiful hotel, good buffet with good view, but no heating system on toilet seat in-room

More towels please. We came there three (2adults with 1 child) but there were only two towels.

"Good escape from city life"

Multiple onsen to pick, buffet is good, there is also bus provided to transport us to the sounkyo ice festival venue, most importantly there is free sake :D

It's a bit old though, onsen a bit dirty too
