"Passable"

The dinner is good.

The toilet inside the room has smell as there appears to have no ventilation. Same for the toilets at the lobby. The hotspring facilities are not particularly impressive, and the pools are small. We drove 3 hours to try the hotspring in the hotel, and we are disappointed.

"Food is delicious but water takes long time to heat up"

Both dinner and breakfast are excellent. Food is delicious and have a good variety to choose

Water in private bathroom takes a very long time to heat up during the peak hours when everybody go to the onsen

It’s location

The property is an eye sore, but I knew that going in to the booking. The room didn’t have aircon. It is centrally heated or cooled. The bathroom was better suited to a capsule hotel.
