Wi-Fi e TVs não estavam a funcionar

Tuvimos un problema con la TV y el wifi, pero como no estábamos en todo el día,tampoco fue importante .

A estadia no ON Apartments - Garden - Pet Friendly foi muito agradável. O apartamento é luminoso, espaçoso, silencioso e com um terraço voltado para as traseiras que é um verdadeiro refúgio — perfeito para quem viaja com animais. Escolhemos precisamente este espaço pelo terraço, mas todo o apartamento nos surpreendeu pela positiva. Apesar de estar muito perto do centro e numa rua movimentada, o isolamento acústico é excelente, o que nos proporcionou bastante tranquilidade.

À chegada, notámos que não havia internet nem televisão funcional (o apartamento tem duas TVs, mas nenhuma funcionava). Contactámos de imediato e fomos informados que seria um problema técnico já reportado à operadora. Contudo, após novo contacto no dia seguinte, nunca mais tivemos qualquer resposta ou resolução, o que foi uma falha no atendimento. Acredito que seja uma situação pontual e temporária, e não compromete a qualidade geral do espaço, mas sem dúvida merecia mais atenção. Por fim, sendo um alojamento pet friendly, faria sentido disponibilizar pelo menos um recipiente básico para água/comida para os animais — algo simples, mas que faria diferença, pois na cozinha não existem recipientes para utilizar. No geral, recomendo pela qualidade do espaço, localização e conforto. Espero apenas que pequenos detalhes como estes sejam resolvidos para futuras estadias.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. We received a lot of information to help us experience the best of Porto. The apartment was very spacious and only a few blocks from the hustle and bustle.

Good location, just a few streets away from shopping district, market, etc. The little garden was nice.

You need to be careful when you shower, as others have mentioned and the owner will tell you as well. Unfortunately my husband had bad luck on his first shower, the water doesn’t drain very well even if you take short showers.

I had a fantastic stay at Oporto Near Garden! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always made sure I had everything I needed — truly exceptional service. The apartment itself was spotless, with great attention to cleanliness and detail. Everything was modern, well-maintained, and very comfortable. You can tell they really care about the guest experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Porto!

It was clean

There was no electricity in the flat, no working appliances in the kitchen, no hot water, and no WiFi. The person in charge of the flat after sending someone and not being able to fix it didn't answer our calls and messages anymore. Despite having booked two nights, we stayed only one night because we could not stay in those conditions. We notified the owner and left the apartment because Booking.com customer service did suggest so. But unfortunately we have been waiting for compensation ever since. The owner does not answer the phone, neither to me nor to Booking.com, and without his approval, Booking.com can not make any refund. Unfortunately, as a customer, I have been ripped off.
