The apartment is perfectly located and convenient

Service was poor. The check in was late despite we send all the arrival info needed. We had to wait outside. Internet was off and we asked for assistance and they did not manage to settle. Dishes cracked, poor quality. There was the only one (!) wine glass (. If you try to contact the owner, the phone is not available.

It is an interesting layout of a property but there is a flight of stairs to the front door and then as shown, within the property including up to the garden. It is situated in a residential street about a 30 minute walk into the centre of Porto. It is 10 minutes from a large supermarket which is open till late including on Sunday has an adjoining KFC. Location was quiet at the weekends as fewer cars about and there are a number of restaurants and cafes nearby.

The lack of attention let it down as a really special holiday destination. Plates and bowls are chipped and there is no coffee available after the initial 1 pod per person unless you want to pay for it. Although we checked for a washing machine we were then told to buy our own detergent and after making a fuss it was provided. Then we had to ask for an airier to dry the washing as there is no tumble dryer. It is clean but the place could do with a good clean of the banisters, handrails and kitchen doors as well as the washing machine dispenser - all is just grubby. The garden should be a real treat but it is full of weeds and a lawnmover left in the garden adds to the general air of neglect. Again the garden cushions are dirty as they are left out. The garden is as depicted in the picture which is a shame as a little bit of effort would make it really special and add value to a property which has got a quirky and unique layout.

Perfect location, 2 rest rooms, a lot of space, good facilities.

Some small refurbishment would be nice. The door in the rest room didn't close properly.

Communication with the host Andre was seamless, and they were attentive and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Porto!”

Beautifully presented and great design, loved having the garden and lovely outdoor furniture.

Got to be sure shower head is pointing downward to avoid flooding the bathroom..please sort it’s been commented on so many times…a simple price of plastic as external thres to shower tray should do it. To gain 10* as this property deserves…install some trees or solid fencing for privacy and d cut the lawn or replace with artificial …but lived it
