Everything was like we expect! André was so kind, he made our stay perfect!

The apartment was perfect for our stay. It was large enough for 3 people so we had a great time here. The staff was always available to help us.

The location is great. Very close to the train station and 5 minutes walking from the best market in town. Everything was clean and functional. The host was amazing, providing us with fantastic tips on best places to visit and eat in.

The interior was stunning. All fully equipped with kitchen appliances leading us to have an at home girls night on one of the days, cooking at home and watching netflix which was so lovely. André the host is beyond amazing. Hw greeted us on arrival and gave us a run down (with a map and annotations) of the best places to go and visit and personalised it to this things we told him we liked. So a host and tour guide all in one!

The staff was so helpfull and the apartment is so beautifull.

facilities were there, but many things were not working as expected: - shower drain got clogged because of the volume of water and we had a minor flooding in the bathroom, luckily we noticed it on time - TV upstairs was not connected - stove top buttons don't work as expected and only work with + and not - - oven doesn't work as expected and caused a short circuit which cut off the light - kitchen seemed fully equipped but didn't have towels - the glass panel which is actually supposed to keep you from falling down to the level below is 5-6 meters long and doesn't have any reinforcements in between . It wobbles if you touch it, which is literally a danger for anyone who lodges there. I was literally afraid to go near it. I would advise the hosts to enforce that glass panel in 2-3 more places, otherwise someone might get hurt one day

The location is good, 8-10 minutes walk to the city center. There are breakfast places nearby with delicious coffee, although there is a Nespresso machine in the house. The host was very polite and pleasant, met us and gave us a tour of the house. He was always in touch on all issues. But it would be cool if they provide the contactless check-in (vie key box). The house is pet friendly, so its very cool🐶.

There is a paid public parking near the house, where you can always find a place. We left our own car here, but on the first night stay, the driver glass was broken and someone tried to rob us, but fortunately, there was nothing valuable in the car 😤 Host help us to call the police and we have managed everything 👍🏼 The policeman said that this happens often in Porto and recommended parking in paid multi-storey parking lots. There is one parking lot 10 minutes' walk from the house (1,20€ per hour) but its much more safer.
