Tranquil, beautifully furnished, lovely toiletries and breakfast. FANTASTIC that there was no TV and the library was well-stocked!

Great nights sleep, the bed was so comfy, the place was so quite and peaceful, loved the docour, the furniture, the books, the setting I. Its own grounds. Thank you for opening up your house and sharing it with me.

Gelly Dylan Thomas Paradise Wow! I can not sing the praises any higher for "Gelli" I arrived after dark on a wind-swepped rainy night and settled down for a cosy night in, armed with some microwavable food and siutable alcoholic beverage. As I glanced around at the period setting of Victorian-esque fixtures and fitting I felt as if I had been transported back in time to when Dylan Thomas had lived here. The only thing missing was the clatter of horse- drawn carriages on the private approach road, delivering guests for a soiree. The property is very spacious over two floors comprising an en-suite bedroom and down-stairs living room come breakfast/dining area. Peace and tranquility is assured and there is excellent walking countryside on your doorstep. The accommodation is very clean and tidy - notwithstanding the old fashioned nature of it. The continental style breakfast is very sumptuous. Thank you Rolanda for allowing me to share a piece of your amazing property and for being an excellent if seldom seen host. I will definately return.

I would just make constructive points and say the breakfast room could do with a sink and also have knapkins/kitchen roll for the table (I may have missed it) Upstairs, I think the easy chair has actually had its day now and a more comfortable replacement found. For some reason none of my photos will download - sad face

Quirky, slightly decaying splendour but also delightful - people running the place are lovely and breakfast was fabulous. Bed was superbly comfortable and shutters meant room stayed wonderfully dark.

We had a wonderful stay at Gelly Dylan Thomas Paradise. The place truly lives up to its name — peaceful, relaxing, and surrounded by beautiful countryside views. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some quiet time away from everything. The host was warm and welcoming, and the home had such lovely charm. I’d definitely love to come back again!

Lovely setting, better than the pictures suggest! It's a really peaceful and tranquil setting with a classic 'old world' feel. We had the living room to ourselves with an open fire and the logs were provided which was great.
