The location, the pool.

No clue which key was for what door. The room we were first given didn't lock at all, had towels atleast. We then asked for an upgrade, R400 extra for a the "upgraded" room also problems with the lock. No towels or toilet paper, the blinds one piece was broken off leaving a decent size view of the shower from the outside. Staff was super apologetic and friendly though.
