Fresh air was the start then we saw where we would be spending our time, making our way through animals feeding and billie goats playing, my heart skipped a beat, the gardens are to die for. From our bed we had the most spectacular view of the shore all in all we had the best time ever I would recommend Groeneweide for couples and families alike with so much to do and conveniently situated. Thank you for having us we will see u again soon

What a lovely stay we had. My son particularly enjoyed playing with the animals and on the hay bales. It was a pleasant stay for the whole family.

Peaceful, well equipped, and loadshedding friendly. Loved being surrounded by the animals and nature.

The bath was suitable for kids but a bit shallow for adults. Didn't take away from the experience though and we would definitely go back again.

"If you want peace, quiet and serene rural calm, this place is a winner."

Groeneweide was a pleasant surprise. The cottage is neatly tucked away and you have almost total privacy. The garden is a delight and the on-site coffee shop serves up a perfect espresso, light meals, breakfast and you can even order dinner to be sent over.
