Not family friendly, there were a lot of beautiful but delicate ornaments around so not so good for young kids

Charges extra £5 for bringing a dog. This extra should be included in the advertise price or description at time of booking- not the day before arrival.

"Great overnight stopover for our Journey to Lake District"

We loved our stay at the Stables. A large space to relax, full of character with its own section of garden and a bench to sit and enjoy the sunshine in a pleasant rural location. It had a full kitchen however we chose to walk to the nearby pub for dinner. Would have happily stayed for longer.
