It was very close to my husband’s family. Perfect location for us. It was so clean, spacious and Laura and Adam’s communication was fabulous.

Lovely lay out and furnishings and plenty of space

Unfortunately the camp bed was uncomfortable and my daughter had to sleep on the sofa … also we really needed some salt and pepper and thought there might be some there to use :)

Friendly host. Had a nice 1 night stay. Driveway/parking secure. Would stay again.

Liked everything but needed to ask for some milk as it was Sunday night and no shops locally that we could have a cup of tea but gladly given

No privacy unless you closed every curtain. Dog friendly yes, however, unless you have a well behaved dog it's not contained. Wouldnt take much to do so.

Excellent accommodation, cosy and is of a high standard. So peaceful! Hosts responsive and very kind in letting us move our car so we could charge it (additional charge for the electricity used) Very good shower and water is hot + great heating which helps in the winter nights! Easier to find that I had anticipated after reading reviews on locating the property. Slightly tricky at night but we got there with no issues Box of board games available and great smart TV

Opening the gate by unlocking the padlock can be tricky but the hosts instructions were very clear and once you understand it is easy to follow. Probably easier done in daylight! Quite a few of rules which is fine - common sense to me but it's best to make clear. The only one which I found odd was the request to strip all beds, used towels into the wash basket, and to tie the bin bag when full before checking out.

The property is very well designed and modern. It is great for travelling with a dog as it is in a rural area with lots of walks.

The bed was really uncomfortable - very springy.
