Very good hotel, great location and best staff possible

Very Good location for Karon beach

Do not book this hotel if you want to sleep before 3am. You will be hearing very very loud music until like 2:30 every night. Bad towels. Remember to replace toilet paper when you shower. Otherwise it gets super wet If it’s a long stay. Pick another hotel with better bed and pillows

Everything was perfect. Cozy, clean and nice price. Was planning to stay only for 2 nights but kept extending it every day. The owner is super nice and gave me the same price every day even though it was getting more expensive every day due to high season

Good location and gentle staff

The rooms are extremely outdated. The photos make everything look much more appealing than it actually is. There’s no soundproofing at all. It’s impossible to get a good night’s sleep because of the constant noise from street concerts, which play the exact same setlist every single day until 01:30 AM. The bed is more of a bed imitation—just planks nailed together. It creaks terribly, and it feels like it could collapse at any moment. The mattress is old, and you can feel every spring pressing into your body. The bathroom has no shower barrier, so after showering, the entire bathroom floor is soaking wet. There’s no hot water in the bathroom. None at all. The sink kept filling up with water and was leaking. Someone came to fix it once, but the problem came back the very next day. It took two more days to get it repaired again. The wardrobe has no shelves, only hangers. The Wi-Fi is terrible.

We really enjoyed it. Unique hotel, with great rooms and friendly & helpful staff. It’s a great location, surrounded by dozens of restaurants and bars, and just a couple minute walk from the fabulous beach. They also have a great cafe in the lobby, offering the best coffee we had in Phuket.

There’s a noisy bar under the hotel, but we were here on holiday so we were out enjoying the nightlife so it didn’t bother us.

In the town, good location, cool place and rooms, great owners, good coffee and breakfast, really nice feel to the place

WiFi above second floor is a little hit and miss

A terrible story happened in this hotel. At night, when I was sleeping (I'm a girl traveling alone), a man came into my room and lay down in the bed I was sleeping in. When I started to kick him out, he slowly left my room. When I posted this story on social media, I received many stories (about Thailand) with a similar context. I don't know if the hotel staff is involved in this, I do not recommend this hotel in any way.

The staff was incredibly friendly. Also, the location is amazing with a lot of restaurants and the beach nearby.

It was a bit loud in the room because it’s close to a bar with live music.
