The staff of the hotel is really nice, they helped us in many things. The location is also really close to the beach. There are many bars, cafes and spa salons. The owners son, James, he is really great cooker. During our stay, we asked him to cook lunch and dinner for our team and it was really tasty. Thanks James.

The bar on the street was very close, the sound of live music and drums were very loud, it was a bit tough to sleep.

Nice cafe with a good menu downstair, with decent prices and a discount when you are a hotel guest. this is the only positive about this hotel.

The noise from the street and bar right under the hotel was so loud until 1.30-2 am. The bed was shaking from the bass. After the first night we knew we couldn’t stay any longer, as we didn’t sleep until 3am and had to get up at 6 am. The toilet and sink were leaking, so the whole bathroom was flooded and in really bad shape. There wasn’t a shower curtain so water from the shower also flooded the bathroom. We let the personell know about the leaking sink, and were told they were gonna fix it the next day, which they didn’t. We had to check out 3 days earlier and get other accommodation, we asked to not pay the expensive cancellation fee of 50% , but were told so many cancel while staying there so they needed that fee and couldn’t help us. Hotel should invest in their bathrooms and fix windows to survive on other than cancellation fees.

The location is convenient, with Karon Beach within walking distance and plenty of nearby restaurants. The staff was exceptionally friendly—when we requested a hairdryer, they promptly provided one. Everyone was warm and welcoming. The all-day breakfast at the cafe downstairs was a pleasant bonus.

Consider the noise level: the nearby bar hosts live music that can keep you awake until at least 2 AM. Additionally, the stay felt overpriced, though this might be due to the New Year period—regular rates are unclear.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations – from the friendly staff to the comfortable room. Highly recommended!
