Labadi Beach Hotel

The breakfast was a good and there were a lot of food options.

My sheets and blankets were not clean. The most irritating experience were the lack of face & body towels and the need to keep asking for them.

The breakfast was fantastic, staff were courteous and very warm and friendly towards myself and my 5yo. Very accomodating hotel. There was an error with our bill at check-in but the hotel was responsive and the refund of the overcharge is in progress.

The balcony didn't have any seating which we felt was the one thing that would have given top marks for the facilities.

The location and ambience were great. Restaurant staff were friendly.

The standard is gradually deteriorating and reception staff were not as courteous as some years ago. Welcome juice was not provided on arrival and taxi to airport was not properly arranged.

Die Ruhe und Lage des Zimmers. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich. Besonders der John, der jeweils unser Gepäck transportiert hat. Die Küche und die Auswahl war hervorragend, wir hatten nie Probleme mit dem Magen oder der Verdauung. Die ganze Anlage war toll. Die Angestellten sowohl an der Bar und auch am Pool waren überall herzlich und sehr hilfsbereit.

Im grossen Pool zu schwimmen war toll, leider haben sich einige nicht an die Baderegeln (vorher duschen) gehalten, obwohl es auf einem Schild geschrieben war, dies wurde nicht immer eingefordert. Wir haben dann direkt darauf hingewiesen wobei es nicht immer gut angekommen ist.

Everything was good
