"Fantastic stay with incredible memories to always reflect on"

Cleanliness, location and the hospitality from the staff. The food was exceptional too.

The staff at the bars were not as responsive and the service was at times wanting. There is a lot of room for improvement in that area.

"I would definitely recommend the hotel but there is need to work on the challenges and turn them to successes."

Professionalism, the food and most importantly the rooms.

Complacency of the staff at the bars. Warm beer being served and not being able to find solutions for the same and generally a laid back attitude by the waiters.
